1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Euoricreation is a US-based company operating its own Etsy store and developing internal reporting for its online advertising. This policy covers this company website, enquiries sent to our contact email, and Euoricreation Ads Analytics, our planned internal reporting tool. It does not replace the privacy policies of Etsy, Pinterest, Meta, Google or any other platform.
2. Information on this website
This website does not provide visitor accounts, checkout, an advertising-account connection form or a newsletter signup. We have not added advertising pixels or visitor analytics scripts. Our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times and browser information to deliver and secure the website, and may use access-control mechanisms where applicable.
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. Please do not send passwords, access tokens or payment-card details.
3. Information the reporting tool is intended to access
Planned integrations include Pinterest, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads and other relevant advertising platforms. After the required approval and account authorization for each platform, the tool is intended to access only our company-owned advertising accounts through official APIs. Depending on the permissions granted and metrics available, this may include:
- Advertising account and campaign identifiers and names.
- Reporting dates, account currency, time zone and attribution settings.
- Spend, impressions, clicks and available aggregated conversion counts and values.
- Authorization credentials needed to maintain the permitted connection.
The initial tool is not intended to access other businesses' accounts, Pins or Boards content, customer lists, individual shopper profiles or Etsy order records. Visiting this website does not authorize access to any advertising account.
4. How information is used
We use enquiry information to respond to you. The planned reporting tool will use company advertising data to prepare internal reports and support manual review of our advertising performance. The initial release will not create or modify campaigns, change budgets or make decisions about individual shoppers.
5. Data sharing and AI
We do not sell advertising data. Access to internal reports is intended to be limited to authorized company personnel. Hosting and email services may process website traffic or correspondence as necessary to provide those services.
The initial API integrations are intended to keep platform advertising data out of external AI services. We will not use that data to train AI models. Any future AI integration or additional sharing will require a separate review of applicable platform terms and permissions and an update to this policy before it is enabled.
6. Storage, security and retention
The public website does not store advertising reports. The location and controls for the reporting tool's production storage will be documented here before that integration is activated. Access credentials must be kept outside public website files and restricted to authorized components and personnel.
We keep correspondence only for as long as needed to address the enquiry and any applicable recordkeeping obligations. Before the reporting tool goes live, we will define its retention period and deletion process. We will not retain platform data longer than permitted by applicable platform requirements.
7. Access removal, deletion and questions
To ask about information you have sent us or request its deletion, email shop.euoricreation@gmail.com. We may need to verify your relationship to the information before acting. We will handle requests subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping requirements.
Once an advertising integration is enabled, the company account administrator will be able to revoke the application's authorization through the relevant platform's account controls. We will stop new retrieval when authorization is revoked and handle stored data under the documented retention process and applicable platform requirements.
8. External links and updates
Our Etsy shop is hosted by Etsy. When you follow a link to Etsy or another platform, its own terms and privacy practices apply. We may revise this policy as the project develops; the date above will identify the latest update.
